My second pass at a startup is much better than my first, but it’s taking its toll…

I’ve been at my job for about 14 months now, and in that time I’ve only taken a few days off, the last time of which was July. Even after coming off a 4-day weekend, I’m getting crushed. The pressure is really getting to me. But there’s no way I’m going to be able to take any kind of vacation until probably February at the earliest. I’m not sure what I’m going to do, but something’s gotta give somewhere. Hopefully we’ll get some people hired soon to take up some slack (of course, those people need to be trained, which adds to my workload……………………..)

I dunno. I’m just venting at the moment. My boss told me to stop working for a half hour and do something else, so here I am, messing around with MT. The MT->LJ crossover plugin I installed supposedly can be configured to also put links in the LJ entry back to the MT entry, so hopefully I’ll get that working soon, so LJ types can see my horrible default MT site too….
